2. Our Products
The Science of Perimenopause — Online Course
A self-paced, 10-module educational programme. Access is provided on a one-time payment basis granting lifetime access to the enrolled individual.
Training & Exercise — Monthly Community
A monthly membership programme hosted on the Skool platform. Membership is billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Nutrition for Perimenopause & Counselling
These products are not yet available. Notification of launch does not constitute a contract or guarantee of any specific pricing or content.
3. Not Medical Advice
Our content is not a regulated qualification or clinical certification. Completion of any course does not confer professional status or authorise you to provide medical or clinical advice to others.
4. Purchasing & Payment
All prices are displayed at the point of purchase. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
For the monthly training community, your membership will renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your Skool account settings.
5. Refund Policy
Online Course (one-time purchase)
We offer a 14-day refund from the date of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 2 modules. To request a refund, contact bex@bexunfiltered.com within 14 days of purchase.
Monthly Training Membership
You may cancel your monthly membership at any time. No refunds are issued for partial months. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds will not be issued where content has been substantially accessed or downloaded.
6. Access & Accounts
Course access is personal to you and may not be shared, transferred, or resold. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe terms are being violated — for example, sharing login credentials or attempting to redistribute course content.
7. Intellectual Property
All course content — including text, diagrams, videos, PDFs, and materials — is the intellectual property of Bex Unfiltered. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own private educational purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any course content without prior written permission.
8. Community Standards (Training Membership)
Members of the Bex Unfiltered training community on Skool are expected to treat other members with respect. We reserve the right to remove any member who engages in harassment, discrimination, or behaviour that is detrimental to the community, without refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bex Unfiltered shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or reliance on our content. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. For customers based in the UK or EU, mandatory consumer protection rights under your local law are not affected by these terms.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For significant changes, we will notify enrolled users by email.
